Christina Casper has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Oregon since 2002. When we asked Christina what she attributes her success to she said there were a couple things.
She shared that she was privileged enough to have a brother, Petey, who is 13 months older than her and was born with cerebral palsy. Being raised with a child who has special needs has given Christina a different perspective of the world. She was aware from a young age Petey was going to need her help, whether it was getting ready for school or helping adults understand what she believed he was trying to communicate, Christina was there to watch out for, care, defend and protect her brother. This sense of loyalty has given Christina a unique understanding of what it means to represent a client.
Christina’s primary focus for her business is helping seniors in transition & she holds the Nationally recognized designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. If you are wanting to downsize from the large family home and build a smaller home, with a decade of new construction experience she can help assist you in finding a builder and go through the building process. Or if you’re wanting to further simplify and move into a care facility Christina has the experience, care and patience needed to assist you in this transition. Christina understands this oftentimes involves communicating with decision makers who may not be in the state and makes it her aim to keep all parties informed of the details. Whether you’re buying, selling or both, Christina is here to help.
When Christina isn’t helping her clients she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking with friends, doing yoga, going on hikes, paddle boarding, being in or around water, and of course a favorite Oregonian pass time, wine tasting!
